On April 1, 1986, Allen D. Vaughan and Michael P. Cascino started a law practice dedicated to the representation of workers suffering from occupational diseases like mesothelioma from asbestos exposure.

Since that date, the firm has expanded their practice to include representation for clients injured by chemicals, drugs, welding fumes, vaccinations and serious accidents or injuries. Our firm continues to represent many of the millions of workers suffering from mesothelioma and lung cancer from exposure to asbestos during the manufacturing and industry use of asbestos-containing products like insulation, ceiling tiles, bricks, cement, and even paper.

Pioneers in Welding Litigation

In October 2003, our firm won the first verdict for a welder who developed Parkinson's disease. We are one of the few firms who have received settlements in these cases over the years. For the last fifteen years in the United States, our attorneys have been pioneers in national welding tort litigation.
